- All prices indicates on this website includes 5% consumption tax.
- We accept the following credit cards: non-installment payment only.

Shipping Information
- Godiva Japan ships to Japanese addresses only.
- Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will handle your order.
We will send you an e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped. If you have any inquiries after shipping, please contact Yamato Transport with the tracking number you can find on the e-mail. - We will ask you a specific delivery date when you order Ice-cream gift sets as they are delivered by frozen service.
- As the frozen delivery service is not available for the remote islands, we do not accept order for Ice-cream to remote islands.
- Ice-cream gift sets and other items will be delivered separately.
- For the reason of ordering system, extra wrapping (wrapping paper, ribbon, message card and nosi paper) is not available at this time.
- The shipping slip sent with your order does not indicate the prices of the merchandise. If you need a shipping slip that includes prices or a voucher of payment, please notice our customer services your order number by email.
Delivery Day
- You can choose the date of delivery between 5 days to 1 month after the date of order.
Please note that the available delivery date may vary due to national holidays, year-end and New Year holiday, and temporary closing day of warehouse, - Order without specific delivery date will be shipped as soon as your order is ready for shipping.
- We will set deadlines for delivery on Saint Valentine's Day and White day.
Shipping Charge
- Shipping and Handling of items other than ice-cream gift set for each delivery address is below (with tax).
- November-March: 700 yen
- April-October: 910 yen (includes climate controlled packaging)
- Ice-cream gift sets are priced including shipping and handling.
Changes and Cancellations
We are sorry we cannot accept any changes or cancellation after you complete your order.Changes and Returns
- As Godiva merchandise needs to be handled with great care, we do not accept any changes and returns unless the items have some problem. Please check the items as soon as receiving your order.
- If you find that your order does not arrive in perfect condition, kindly let us know by email to our customer service within 8days on delivery.
Attention
- Product contents,price,design may change without announcing.
- Please keep GODIVA chocolate at cool place(15-18℃) and we recommend eating at an early timing.
